At Zenify Collectibles, we value your satisfaction and strive to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our return policy below to assist you with the process.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Returned items must be:
Unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
In the original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
- Certain items are non-returnable, including:
Clearance or final sale items.
Customized or personalized products.
Gift cards.
2. Return Process
- Initiate a Return:
Contact our customer service team at zenifycollectibles@gmail.com or log into your account to initiate the return.
Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Receive Return Authorization:
Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to ship the item back.
- Ship the Item:
Pack the item securely and include the RMA number in your shipment.
Ship the package using a trackable shipping method to the address provided.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Provide photos of the damage/defect and your order details.
We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
6. Non-Delivery of Items
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
7. Additional Information
Returns that do not meet the above criteria may be rejected.
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipment.
